Day 1. 14/2/25
I'm not in the realm of the flesh
Christ is to whom I belong
The Spirit of God is inside me,
So I'm learning as days go along
Romans 8:9a
Worshipping Jesus for who He is,
My offering to Him is my praise,
I shout out His name when I'm singing,
And the Spirit within me obeys
Hebrews 13:15
Walking by the Spirit is special,
With Father and Son making three,
When asking the Spirit for fullness,
The miracle springs from in me
Revelation 19:5
Praise Jesus to show that I love Him,
Songs which give freedom from fear,
Exalting the Lord as I should do,
The holiest mountain is near
Psalms 99:9
Today I have walked by the Spirit
Inspired by Your power and glory,
The kingdom of God is my future
A rebirth of strength is my story

Day 2. 15/2/25
The Spirit determines direction,
My mind's set on what You desire,
It governs my holy direction,
So I can be empty of fire

Day 3. 16/2/25
My flesh is still here and is vital,
Rebirth didn't take it away,
The worldly corruption keeps pulling,
But the Spirit keeps evil at bay
2 Peter 1:4
Day 4. 17/2/25
Spirit, I'm asking, please fill me,
I know that the evil one's here,
God's law, making everything equal,
Keep me focussed so I can beware
Romans 7:21-23
Day 5. 18/2/25
I've committed to walk by the Spirit,
Its law is the freedom I breathe
Death and sin no longer grip on me,
My Saviour's the reason I live

Day 6. 19/2/25
Who am I as I walk by the Spirit,
The one who stands firm and denies?
Does nature cloud my understanding?
No, it's foolish to think that God lies
1 Corinthians 2:14
Since I took a path towards Jesus,
The wrong track is now easy to spot
The air king rules those natural pathways,
And when there I deserved what I got

This day by the Spirit a question,
Does impurity tempt me to harm?
No, I hate sinful acts and witchcraft
My ambition's an ocean of calm
Galatians 5:19-21
The next man I need to consider
Is the spiritual man, is he me?
My judge is just Jesus, none other
In the mirror it's what I should see

Bearing fruit as I walk by the Spirit,
Peace and forbearance are good,
No law can dictate or dispel them,
Showing faithfulness as I should

Alive in my thoughts and dreams
The Spirit brings parts into line,
With body and soul tied together,
My righteousness is how I'm defined

The last is a person I am not,
Anger and jealousy makes this man
In the world I find he is common,
I do not act like him if I can

This man doesn't do what he wants to
All alone, with no God he's insane
His sin makes his hatred just selfish
Can't be saved without calling His name

What can stop this joy I find rising
Day subsides and my peevishness pales
I pay thanks by taking steps sideways,
Spirit builds whilst the damned devil fails
Ephesians 4:26-27
Day 8: 21/2/25
Jesus gives all the things I require,
What I say and I do, where I go
When He calls I walk alongside Him
His safe steps the sure Spirit shows
2 Peter 1:3
Day 9: 22/2/25
Walls block and try stopping my progress
Heaven hails and is calling my name
Christ's blessings spring up in abundance,
No blocks when both spirits are the same!

Day 10: 23/2/25
Each day soldiering on by the Spirit,
With my flesh-bound desires unfulfilled
A choice which no dice has decided,
A wisdom which I found and can build

Day 11: 24/2/25
The Spirit guides on this daily trek,
Not under law to falter my stead,
A simple background for onward walks,
Those living there fear where my steps tread

Day 12: 25/2/25
Determined, I stride by the Spirit,
Discover where the Lord takes His seat,
My freedom is but a short distance,
The Spirit is where He and I meet
2 Corinthians 3:17
Day 13: 26/2/25
How far by the Spirit should I walk
By too much or too little each day?
Some days I find burdens are heavy,
So pray Jesus will take them away
Galatians 5:22-23
Day 14: 27/2/25
Factions within factions bring conflict,
And witches concoct spells to stir strife
The famous are idols of falsehood,
But the Spirit walks by with delight
Galatians 5:19-21
